Drafting the refurbishment project

We draw up your rehabilitation project or technical report in order to be able to budget the work.

Choice of construction company

We compare budgets and advise you to choose the most advantageous proposal.

Processing of Subsidies

We submitted the grant application as well as the planning permission.

Execution of work

We manage the execution of the work and certify the builder on a monthly basis, until the work is completed.

Funding

We design the financing with the credit institution before starting the work, so that you can afford the payments during its execution and have up to 10 years to repay the loan.
